    Hi
Just a quick question regarding the program. During the various phases it has snatch 90% 3 sets 1, clean and jerk 90% 2 sets 2 however there are some instances where there are no reps given example snatch 90%. I am just wondering does this mean the athlete works up to one single at that percentage or works at the percentage for the given time duration?

    Andrew,
Yes, your observation is right, when you see 90%, it means that the lifter should go to 90% of his/her max, without any repetitions. There is no time set for reaching the 90%. The time should be the same as the lifter has been doing on prior workouts

mr krychev when you write in program 90%-95&-100% without number of reps beside and this is the first exercise in training session you go to the planned percentage only with singles or directly in the certain percentage?i will start the program but i want to give me an answer in my query.i am looking forward to hearing for you.

    Gerasimos,

If the workout does not indicate any number but only the percentage, it means singles on that percentage. How do you arrive to that percentage is up to you. However, Mr. Abadjiev’s workouts do not include more than doubles – singles and doubles only.
    Hope this answers your question
